Are your Mozilla emails the only emails that do not layout correctly in your Firefox? (Assuming you read your email in Firefox instead of a separate mail application.)

The browser you posted with identified itself as Firefox 61 running on Windows 7. The latest versions of Firefox for Windows 7 are:

  • Firefox 77.0.1
  • Firefox 68.9.0esr (Extended Support Release of Firefox 68)

You can check your actual current version on the Troubleshooting Information page. Either:

  • "3-bar" menu button > "?" Help > Troubleshooting Information
  • (menu bar) Help > Troubleshooting Information
  • type or paste about:support in the address bar and press Enter

In the first table on the page, find the Version row.

If needed: Update Firefox to the latest release.

I see, Thunderbird shows (decodes) other emails normally, but not Firefox Account emails? That's really strange. I'm going to flag this thread to move over to the Thunderbird forum to see whether they have a suggestion.
