Firefox has not sent me answers to problem of user id or password hence I can't sign in.

I have been unable to sign in to Firefox because I have forgotten my password. I requested an answer from Fire Fox twice but never received an answer. I have been changing my passwords because I have been hacked and something got fouled up between myself and Firefox.

Hi, so you now have a password. That sort of stuff does not come to us as we are Volunteers. Is there something you need help with ?

If you are talking about sync;

Resetting the sync password, or changing its e-mail, will remove all data from the servers.

Shut down the old sync. Then create a new account.

Your system details show that there are some extensions installed, that are browser hijackers, malware that you will need to get rid of.

Go to the Firefox menu (≡) => Add-ons => Extensions

And remove these extensions :

Ad Remover 4.10.0 (ad_remover_org@adremover.org) Email 100.7 (web@Email) HyperSnap Extension 4.2 (snapff@hyperionics.com) Scanguard Web Shield 1.9

As the extensions may have put some more malware on your system, let's run malware scans :

Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. They all work differently - what one program doesn't pick up, the other might.
