Firefox is not working on my PC W-8-blocking email opening and not allowing cursor to click in msg. Ad blocker is off. Latest version installed but same issue
Cursor cannot click on anything to verify email. Having same problem in other emails, where must click in email. Also PayPal notices of money received cannot be read in Firefox-won't open. Same problem when I sent PP invoice to self. They do open and can be read on phone or Chrome. Turning off pop-up blocker had no effect. If website requires filling in information. cursor will not click on it to fill in. This started with previous edition and latest version just installed is no better.

Does this happen if you run Firefox in its Safe Mode? If not, one of your add-ons is likely the cause. Also make sure they are all up to date by checking for updates in the Add-ons menu (using the gear icon).
