the 'account login' button for a website gives a blank pane, click on another button; ie. 'partner portal' and a fully functioning, fillable pane pops up, another button; 'activate' works for logging in. this problem has been going on for months and when i call the company or got through via email they say either there's no problem with the website or they're aware of the problem and are working on it or i should try another browser. i'm not changing browser and anyway one pane works and another doesn't. i thin k it's typical class warfare since every other part of related virgin mobile site works well, just not the part for the poorest people they exploit for tax write offs . i have the newest version of firefox on windows 10

Do you have a Firefox support question?

If so, please provide specifics - as to which websites are causing you a problem with logins.

You can try these steps in case of issues with web pages:

You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.

  • Hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
  • Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
  • Press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)

Clear the cache and remove cookies only from websites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window
