Problem is that on some websites (most likely the secured ones, like tax or banking-websites) When you download a PDF-file and ”Save to Files” it just saves a blank 1kb file. I even tried to send it as an email to myself and the problem is still there. Tried to ”copy and paste”-method that I found on community pages, but problem is still there.

But on some common sites like instruction manuals etc. Menu shows the ”Download as PDF”- option.

I just switched to Firefox after years, and this is kind of frustrating.

Hi! I started using Firefox on my iPad and iPhone. I tried to download few pdf-files, but after I’ve ”save to files” them, they appear only as 1kb sized files and down show anything.

Is this a security thing or am I missing something?

I am now no not able to open any websites when I search or or send any emails. It seems my Internet connection. Firefox has an issue as I am able to access the regular & normal information and web search on Chrome. I tried to get to the settings sections of Firefox, but I can't get access now. How am I to revise or update the Firefox settings or system so I can get Internet access?

I need to have FIrefox synch to my ipad. I have been using it for years. What is the problem? In the instructions I'm told to download thee app. IT IS ALREADY THERE. FIREFOX IS A PAIN.

Cependant, cette solution n'est pas utilisable vu qu'elle est incorrecte. Je n'ai pas les options qui sont données sur l'image et dans les étapes données.

1. I want the homepage's shortcuts to be editable and sortable，and it can be synchronized with the account; 2. I want the shortcut icon to be changed from square to round; 3. I hope the shortcut will increase the number of lines, 4 lines is too little.

It seems since the last major system update on my iphone11 pro max (512G), firefox (my primary browser) has been… weird.

Long keypress delays (inconsistent; about 1/3 of the time as bad as 3s to over 10s!); I notice these to a much lesser extent on other browsers, but also on other browsers (why I’m singling out the iOS 18.1 release behavior changes; currently: iOS 18.3.2)

Frequent “crashes” (app simply closing) in the middle of activity);

Scroll unresponsiveness, similar in occurrence and delay times to keypress issues;

I have wondered if I’m having: • malicious software problem (?) • hardware intermittent failures (my battery needed replacement, which I’ve recently done and many things on the phone operate better, likely better use of multi-cores) • iOS software depending on new chips, and iphone 11 not having - software solution w/in iOS which is… inadequate

One thing I’ve noticed which is consistent (something I have not used before these behaviors, but partly this - and phone reboots - because of it):

Attempts to close all tabs consistently, always fails.

Running an iPhone 16. A few months ago there was a change in how images appeared when doing a search on Firefox. I use DuckDuckGo, but the same issue has also occurred when I’ve tried Bing on Firefox. When I do an initial search, say for a song I’d like to hear, the pictures will come up correctly. But then when I click on the specific item I want to listen to, the picture becomes a negative of itself. It is not an iPhone issue as this does not occur when I use Safari or Edge.
