Can I find an e-mail address not used for 4 years which I've deleted?
I changed computers last year and accidentally deleted all the entries in my address book.

I would try to search for an old email which you either received from or sent to that email address. Perhaps you might remember who it was who sent the email or part of the email address.
Edit > Find > Search messages Search for messages in account name select: 'Search subfolders' try: 'From' or 'TO' and 'contains' and type either name or part of email address click on 'Search' button
