Firefox is constantly crashing from last two weeks. I have done the following approach but still the issue persists..

1. Format my computer. 2. Running full scan of my machine. 3. Disabling Flash player. 4. Running firefox in safe mode. 5. Updating the firefox.

But still no help. Even now firefox crashes at the start up.. Please help me to get over with this.. Below are the last five report ID. I am submitting this info from another browser as firefox is crashing at startup, unable to open thats why.

Please do the following:

  • Go to www.getfirefox.com, download and install Firefox 30 which was just released today and fixes a few crashes.
  • After installing that, restart your computer, then try to Hold down the Shift key and start Firefox up in safe mode.

Let me know if that works.

Also, try Upgrade your graphics drivers to use hardware acceleration and WebGL as it looks like your graphics card may be responsible for this crash.

I am currently using this version that you have mentioned and also the graphics drivers are updated.
