Hello and thank you. I have many open tabs in Firefox and would like to search among them instead of scrolling. If the instructions include press a certain button, please include a picture of the button or icon. Thank you for your help.

Hi, firefox: 153.0 Yesterday evening I put 3 tabs in a "group tab" I decided to call "ARS".

This morning I don't see how I can re-open this group tab. Many topics speak about a button "list all tabs". That button doesn't appear in my firefox (even when I have 50 tabs open). I tried the "customize" menu of firefox and "got back to factory setting", but it is still not there.

When I go to the contextual menu of a tab, I see that I can add it to a new container or the "closed group tab - ARS". When I do so for a tab, it closes. (I'm not sure it's normal.)

At this point, I really just want to remove the tab group (because I already re-opened the tabs... it took 5s, fixing the problem is now entering the 20'...) but I don't see how I can do it. It appears nowhere. I even "deactivated the group tab" feature and then reactivated it... the "ARS" group tab still appears in the "closed group tabs" submenu.

Hi all, I recently updated to the most recent version of Firefox on Android but am not seeing any options related to or about using tab groups? My friend who is on the same version, OS, and different model of the same device has the option to create them and a tab for them neither of which I have. His about page matches mine

Hey I was wondering if there's a way to activate split view on android? I found one extension but it says its not monitored by firefox and it wants some permissions that I'm iffy about given the warning. I'm hoping there's a native way like on desktop and I just cant figure it out. Appreciate any assistance. Thanks

On Firefox I have repeatedly pinned four tabs for websites that I use frequently. The pinned tabs disappear at unpredictable times, not necessarily when I re-open Firefox.

I want the multiple tabs back at the top. I haven't been able to follow any directions online because either I don't know what words/places are, or the place I'm supposed to click on doesn't exist. I'm using Chrome at the moment, but would like to go back to Firefox if there is an easy fix.

Today after i restarted my laptop (windows) and then I started firefox all the pinned and also the normal tabs were gone. I tried to follow different indications about restoring the previous session, but nothing showed up. All the tabs are gone.

As I need these tabs and this is obviously an issue of the software, PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP.

Is not possible that this happens every 1-2 months.

I'm using Windowa 11. When I click on a link I want it to open in a fresh tab/page, but it opens on the current page instead. Firefox used to do this: how can I set it up again?

In Settings I have checked the box to open previous windows and tabs and yet it doesn't open any of them .

This started happening after a ran a Norton Cleanup session. are there some Mozilla files I need to delete to reinitialize them

In Firefox 152.0.5 under Windows 10, when I hover the mouse pointer over a tab, a balloon pops up showing the text that is on the tab. I find this extremely annoying as I can read what is on the tab. I have searched on the Mozilla site, and I have searched with Google, all to no avail. How can I disable those redundant popup balloons?

I have Firefox Focus set as default browser on my Android phone. When it is used as Custom Tab, it cannot handle opening URL that is supposed to be opened in a new tab and did nothing instead.

My use case is, opening a link from Telegram message, the webpage is opened and is rendered in Custom Tab. Click on a link that is supposed to be open in new tab. Expectation is the new page will be opened, but it's currently doing nothing.

Is there anyone experiencing the same?

Sometimes Firefox just closes a couple dozens tabs - I keep around 200 or 300 open - without my request or confirmation. It's not frequent, but quite annoying. Clicking History > Recently closed tabs > Reopen all tabs does not restore all. I don't know where I can find references for the lost tabs or Firefox logs where I could check what happened. My only suspicion is that I inadvertently rest my hand or finger somewhere in my notebook's trackpad, and somehow Firefox understand that as a request to close several tabs at once, but I have no clue if that makes any sense. I didn't test in Safe Mode because this happens too unfrequently for me to tell if Safe Mode avoids the problem.

Could you pls help me finding the reason for that? Does Firefox keep any kind of log I can check? Are there any keboard shortcuts or mouse/trackpad action that can be set up to do this?

Hello, I would like to suggest adding an option to open dragged links into Firefox window as new tab. At the moment it can be done through dragging link onto tab bar in between tabs, but due to small space, this can easily result in dragging link onto page tab.

Currently, when dragging link onto opened page, it will change the current page instead of opening new tab, which can result in loss of data or important information.

I think it would be safer to have this behavior as default or at least an option to set it active.

I've used Firefox for years, but lately, on start-up each day, all my previous tabs have disappeared and I have to start again opening them all individually before I can start work? I thought I'd solved this in the past when I had the problem, but it's back! Help please.
