Does a theme like https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/strata-xp-on-linux/ suit your wants? If not https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/themes/ has tons of different themes.

Also, you should begin to prepare to upgrade to Firefox 11. By using Firefox 8, you are opening yourself up to multitudes of security holes and bugs.

Yes, first link is that, thank you very much (I was looking in themes section in add-on, but I can't find anything). Also I know using old version is very insecure, but i use Windows once a month, so I not have time to update it.
