I started in safe mode, and the problem was gone, so I disabled all my extensions, enabled them one after another (I have 13 of them) restarted Firefox after every extension enabled, problem gone !??? So I still don't know which extension was causing the problem, but at least now I don't have it anymore ... My firefox must be haunted :-)
