PDF attachments to optonline emails do not open. It was possible at one time to open PDF files by right double clicking the file bar and selecting "reload page" but that no longer works.

Hi FRANKIMOSSI,

Have you checked to see if your PDF add-on is up to date? I'd take a look at View and edit PDF files using Firefox’s built-in viewer. There is a lot of information in there and it lists a couple of different PDF add-ons. I'd try both to see if it is localized to just one.
