Not all graphics appear on screen. For example, on today's Google front page, the computer chip graphic does not show up. On this website, http://www.conifer.jeffco.k12.co.us/conifer/html/index.html - current weather conditions should appear, but they don't.
This problem was resolved when I uninstalled & then installed the new version of JAVA. Thank you for the help you have offered.

WOW great work, I certainly wouldn't have thought of JAVA animations being used there but then I don't use "WeatherBug".

You should be able to see the computer chip on Google site it's on their site.
Tools > Options > Content > (check) Load images automatically,
but also check
- about:config variable network.imageBehavior must be set to 0
