Is it possible to *set* your (geo) location in firefox on a desktop machine?

My desktop machine doesn't have wifi or GPS and it seems that the location of my ip address is out a bit, it would be silly if I couldn't set this manually.

Thanks, Jamie

This extension seemed to do it, but it's out of date.
