When I open Firefox, the Mozilla Crash Reports appear and I can't press on the Restart Firefox. So I am not able to open my Firefox browser at all.

That crash is related to Trusteer Rapport, disable it. 

   * Windows: "Start->All Programs->Trusteer Rapport->Stop Rapport"
   * Mac: "System Preferences -> Other -> Rapport -> Stop Rapport"
