lataly when opening the browser our screen will freze, a popup notice states that a page has stoppped working the page is ID'd as chrome - we do not have "Chrome" installed

an option on the notification is to stop the script. When stop script is chosen the browser works normally till shut down. when started again the notice pops up again the stop script option is chosen the browser works till shut down..........
