right click menu on webpage lists several items that must be removed
If I right click on any item on a webpage, along with Open Link in a New Tab, Open Link in a New Window, Bookmark this Link, Save Link As, and several more I get 5 more menu listings from a program I had installed some time ago but since removed it. How do I edit this menu to remove those 5 obsolete menu items when I right click?

- What is the name of the program you installed and un-installed?
- How did you un-installed the program?
- What are the 5 context menu items?
You need to update the following. The Plugin version(s) shown below was/were submitted with your question and is/are out of date. You should update to avoid known security issues with the version(s) you have installed. Click on "More system info..." to the right of your question to see what was included with your question.

Free Youtube Download Free Youtube to MP3 Free Youtube to iPod Free Youtube to iPhone Free Youtube to DVD I have done all the updates as prescribed. I have followed yours and their directions to a T and the menu items are still present. If I right click on the icon above that says YOU and has an outline of a cat's head, I get the menu choices plus the normal ones. Thank you for the admonition to update all of the plugins. It was a chore and I didn't know I was so far behind, but I am up to date now on them all I believe.

I can only assume that these are the 5 right-click menu items. Correct?
Now, please answer my questions 1 & 2 above. So that research the change that the program might have made on your system to have the 5 lingering context menu items.
You can see the installed extensions in Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions
See:
I believe I already answered your 1 & 2 above in that all of the updates were done. I have also rebooted my system to ensure the changes have taken effect because of the registry changes. I am not understanding what you want me to do if that is not what you directed me to do. I right clicked on the icon as described and listed the 5 menu items I saw there. I do not know how to research the changes the program made on my system. I have searched Regedit and used Revo to ensure all of the program components have been uninstalled including left over registry entries and files and folders. The only things left over from this errant program is the 5 menu listings that I have listed.
I cannot see anything in the extensions folder or any where that reference the menu listings that I am complaining about. I do know that the errant program has been completely uninstalled except for the menu choices that are irrelevant now in Firefox v4. I am beginning to think Firefox v4 is NOT a viable browser but this problem seems to be Windows based and not a problem with Firefox.
From above, questions 1 & 2:
- What is the name of the program you installed and un-installed?
- How did you un-installed the program?
I just tried a right click outside of Firefox and the 5 errant menu choices are NOT present.
I think the program is Free Youtube Downloads, but I am not sure because I tried several programs to accomplish this task. My interest was to download the Glenn Beck videos from Youtube for my own edification. Again, I used Revo to uninstall the program(s) because it does a much better job than Microsoft Add/Remove Programs and leaves the Registry quite clean as well as the HDD.
I want to thank everyone who is trying to help me with this dilemma.
You can always just create a new profile?..:)
ps. Bookmarks can be backed up from the interface and for passwords, there's neat add-on @ https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/password-exporter/
pps. If an add-on (extension) won't run, there's the Add-on Compatibility Reporter.

I have tried to respond to everyone's suggestions excepting creating a new profile. This issue is still not resolved. Please don't give up on me yet.
Did you check in Tools > Add-ons > Extensions if you still have that extension installed?
I noticed that I posted the wrong link above, should have been:

I checked it again just now and it is not listed. I was not an add-on, it was a program to download and save Youtube videos to the local HDD. I do not know how it became included on the menu. I removed the program using Revo which does a superior job of removing registry entries and files and folders than Windows every thought of!
