In version 3.6.8 , In order to be specific i will go into detail.

TOP line is File EDIT View... ect. Second line is" address line", or whatever... Third is completely BLANK all the way across, from left side to the right side.

I have checked all add ins, changed to default

I just noticed that there 2 very faint Vertical lines in the very far left side. clicking on them or right click or dragging on them changes nothing

Is it possible to make a screenshot? Maybe it's just an empty bookmarks toolbar?
