I am using Firefox on my iPhone XR. I cannot log in to Amazon A to Z because my password and passkey are not working. I have tried different login options and Firefox, but I still cannot access my account. Please help me fix the login and passkey problem.

Passkeys are handled on your device OS–level: support.apple.com/guide/iphone/use-passkeys-to-sign-in-to-websites-and-apps-iphf538ea8d0/ios

You're either looking for Apple support, or more likely Amazon IT to help you with your credentials.
