After I took out the Primary Password it looked as though I had it made but while trying to put in a password for Xfinity email I tried too many passwords & now don't know what to do.

Because there were so many attempts at password they stopped my default. I read about having to do something but I am an 85 year old woman and I am sorry but I cannot figure out how to get a ton of passwords done one by one. I sincerely hope that this be taken care of because otherwise I have no way of knowing how to get the Xfinity email to work for me.
