thunderbird 143.0.1にバージョンアップしたら、エラーメッセージが出て起動しなくなりました。
エラーメッセージ「Thunderbirdは起動していますが応答しません。新しいウィンドウを開くには、既存のThunderbirdプロセスを終了させなければなりません。」 が出て起動できなりました。ネットを参考に・システムの再起動やトラブルシューティングモード起動など試してみましたが、同じ結果でした。 これまでThunderbirdを利用させてもらって、大変助かっており皆様には感謝いたしております。今回は初めてのトラブルでほとほと困っております。 どなたか対処方法や参考になるサイトなどがありましたら、お教え願いますでしょうか。よろしくお願いいたします。

The error message "Thunderbird is running but is not responding. To open a new window, you must terminate the existing Thunderbird process." appeared, preventing it from launching. I tried various solutions found online, such as restarting the system and launching in troubleshooting mode, but the result was the same. I have found Thunderbird extremely helpful and am very grateful to everyone involved. This is my first time encountering such a problem and I am thoroughly at a loss. If anyone knows a solution or can recommend a helpful website, I would be most grateful if you could let me know. Thank you in advance.
