
error message 500 "something went wrong"
I am unable to get my email to work - when I open Thunderbird I get the message "500 something went wrong and we couldn't complete your request". New emails aren't coming through on my computer, nor can I delete existing emails. I can however still send and receive on my phone, which is weird.

Is this an Exchange account that you access with the Owl add-on, or the Exchange support in a beta version of TB?
It's an Exchange account that I access with the Owl add-on.
I think it's best to contact the Owl developer. This add-on often encounters issues when the Exchange system is changed, but the remedy is usually fairly prompt.
