AdGuard Extension's "Filtering Log" Page is Blank, Only Showing the Title "Mozilla Firefox"
Hello,
I am encountering an interface display issue while using the AdGuard ad blocker extension in the Firefox browser on Windows. When I try to open the "Filtering Log" feature within the extension, the pop-up window appears completely blank and fails to display any log content.
Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
- 1 Install and enable the AdGuard extension from the official add-on store.
- 2 Browse any website.
- 3 Click the AdGuard icon in the Firefox toolbar.
- 4 Click the "Filtering Log" button (the icon that looks like a list or clipboard).
- 5 Expected Result: The filtering log window should open normally, displaying a list of blocked and allowed requests.
- 6 Actual Result: A new window pops up. The title bar of this window displays "Mozilla Firefox," but the content inside the window is completely blank (pure white, without any text or error messages).
Additional Information:
- Firefox Version: 142.0.1 (64 bit)
- AdGuard Extension Version: 5.1.139 (TSWebExtension v3.1.0-alpha.4 TSUrlFilter v3.3.3 Scriptlets v2.1.6 ExtendedCss v2.1.1)
- Operating System: Windows 10 22H2
Other Installed Extensions:
- Immersive Translate - Translate Website & PDF | by Immersive Translate | Version 1.20.8 | https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/immersive-translate/;
- Tampermonkey | by Jan Biniok | Version 5.3.3 | https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/tampermonkey/;
- Dark Reader | by Dark Reader Ltd | Version 4.9.110 | https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/darkreader/
Troubleshooting Steps I Have Already Attempted:
- Restarted Firefox.
- Disabled and re-enabled the AdGuard extension.
- Reinstalled the AdGuard extension.
- Tried running Firefox in Safe Mode (with all extensions disabled). The issue persists, suggesting it may not be a conflict with other extensions.
This issue prevents me from using AdGuard's core debugging functionality. Thank you for your assistance.
