THunderbird is at https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/all/ Note there is a choice of the monthly release and the long-term ESR release, so you have a choice. If you like frequent updates with new features, go for the monthly. If you prefer a slower upgrade process and fewer updates, then the ESR route is the way to go. Both are regularly supported and updated.
