I hope to use the international version of Firefox browser, which can provide me with an offline language pack for Chinese when using automatic translation. Hi there,

According to this Mozilla Connect page, CJK languages are not ready for Firefox for Android. The current workaround it to use Beta/Nightly version in the meantime.
