Hey Frank, thanks for asking but unfortunately it's completely voluntary. There are paid staff helping on the forums but they are answering the questions for the paid products like the VPN and Monitor products.

But free software in general tends to have free support provided by the community. In fact all the major browsers seem to have the same volunteer community support system like the Google support forums, the Apple community forums, the Microsoft support forums, the Brave support forums and more.
