I have to rebuild my Dell laptop, but I have some bookmarks on my Chromebook that I want to bring over to my Dell. Exactly how do I do this?

On my Chromebook, when I click on "Bookmarks" after clicking on the "three dots" I can't find the "bookmarks organizer" button. How do I bring it up?

Turns out I didn't need to do anything--there wasn't anything I might need to move.
