Multiple Firefox Extensions Installed?

Hi,

I running Firefox on Ubuntu Lunar. Every thing is updated, Software Updater doesn't find anything to do. Neither does looking for updates in the extension manager.

I have a lot of extensions installed, probably too many. They include several malware, tracking, popup, and ad blockers. I'm surprised they seem to be playing well together without stepping on each other. When they do block something I need, it's hard to tell who blocked that and then fix it. Is there an easy way to find which one did the block?

Could the multiple blockers be interfering with each other in subtle ways without me noticing?

I have some false alarms where at first I thought extensions were interfering with each other. There are a few extensions that don't work: Dictionary Anywhere, Don't Track Me Google, and To Google Translate among others. When I click the puzzle piece extensions icon in upper right corner, they are grayed out and can't be used. I tried disabling all the other extensions and tried each one at a time by itself. They are still grayed out.

Any ideas?

Content blockers can interfere with each other. If you have uBlock Origin, you don't need others. Removing them may fix your other issues. Try updating the extensions which seem not to be working.

Those extensions do not implement a browser_action button, so they cannot be clicked or pinned to the toolbar which gives them the grayed out appearance. The text "Can read and change data on this site" indicates if they are active. You can access settings by clicking the gear icon and choosing "Manage Extension".
