Sync in the right direction
Hello,
I had to return my laptop to factory settings and am now re-customising it. I reinstalled Firefox and tried to sync my bookmarks but the sync went the wrong way: it wiped out my phone bookmarks rather than bringing them over to my laptop.
I was able to restore my bookmarks by exporting them from my desktop computer (on which syncing was turned off) but this wasn't perfect re folders etc, and I've done a lot of manual tidying up. Now there's inevitably a slight divergence.
I would like to reactivate syncing but am worried that the same thing will happen again. How can I sync in a way that transfers all my bookmarks and folders etc from my desktop computer to other devices, rather than in the other direction. (Perhaps it's a question of what order I reconnect my devices in?)
Many thanks!
Starveling
