If I set the Menu + Desktop Site toggle, then select a bookmark, the Desktop Site toggle is ignored, and reset.

This makes it impossible to load a bookmark targeted for a desktop site.

Above is using Firefox on Android v81.1.1 on Android 11 with a Pixel 3.
