Offering my opinion.
Because you removed two crucial addons, I reverted to an earlier version of FF. At some point, I will remove FF and switch to another browser altogether.
Been a loyal user of ABP for too many years to give up. I tried UBlock, which is terrific, but tells you it occasionally stops working. The first time I ran into that mess, I uninstalled it. Cookie-Editor is crucial to my browsing.
I have nothing more to say, except I am very disappointed.

Are you referring to Firefox on Windows or on Android?
The initial selection on Android is very limited. Hopefully it will expand in the next few updates. They are still sorting that out but there is a lot of pressure to grow the catalog.
Android.
From 102 addons, it may take a while.
Removing ABP sounds like a political issue.
Thank you.

102? There are only 9 currently available on the stable release and 11 currently available on Firefox Nightly for Android. Look at Add-ons Manager to see the list.
I was looking at the recommended addons, but from my laptop.
I do remember the very short list included with the new version, though, now that you mention it. Even worse!
Using some Android apk v68. Cannot fathom Nightly at the moment. My tablet usage is really confined to reading news and listening to podcasts, for the most part. (Just a simple woman, after all.)
Thank you.
