If TB still runs on the old disc, see this post. Otherwise, copy abook.mab (Personal Address Book) and history.mab (Collected Addresses) from the old profile folder to the new one, while TB is closed. The default profile location is:

C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\8characters.default

AppData is hidden by default.
