Lockwise doesn't remember new login data, even when entered manually, it's gone after restarting Firefox.

Recently Lockwise simply stopped to remember any new login data. I'd add a new account (tried manually and via the pop-up), go to about:logins, it's there. I revisit the site I just added my account for, it autofills the login data and everything works. Then if I restart Firefox, the data is gone. Old entries are unaffected by this, only newly added accounts disappear that way. Since I can't remember making any major changes to Firefox I'm quite confused by this behavior.

Firefox stores login data in logins.json in the profile folder, so it is possible that there is a problem with updating this file if you can't save a new login.

You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.

Disabeling the write-protection of the file (Windows) apparently fixed the problem. Thank you very much (y)
