I have Firefox set to remember my usernames and passwords, but, since I reinstalled, it does not.

I reinstalled Firefox because something was going wrong with it. After the reinstall, it would still ask if I wanted to save each username and password, but when it came tome to log in to that place again, it would not remember them. In settings/privacy &security, I have the correct boxes checked (ask to save, auto fill), but my Firefox is not auto-filling. It does, however, remember my bookmarks from before the reinstall.
