You are running Firefox Beta, which updates multiple times a week. I'd suggest you install Firefox release, which only updates every few months instead.

Where did you download Firefox from?

As said it appears you are using Firefox 67.0 which is currently is or was on Beta channel and not Release yet.

Firefox 67.0 is not scheduled for Release until May 21st so you would not have been updated to 67.0 from say the 66.0.5 Release until next week.

If you see a Firefox version with a b and number on end then it is a Beta build of that version. Normally a version on Beta channel can get say nine to fourteen plus builds in QA testing.

For example the last Beta build of 67.0 is 67.0b19 (nineteen)

Releases do not get minor updates normally unless something warrants it and cannot wait for next Release like say to fix security or allowed stability fixes. So if you were using release you would not get updates normally.
