When emails get sent they display the correct name e.g. "Jo Bloggs" when they reply to my emails the name changes to my maiden name which isnt stored anywhere in the email settings. eg. "Jo Smith" . Can this be fixed?

You should talk to the sender to fix their address book entry for your email.
