Brazilian DST has changed, I need a option to configure Lightning to have or not DST. Government decided to postpone DST from Oct to Nov, but Lightninh is adding one hour to alerts.

Ok, upgrade to 60.2.1 with latest lightning solved the problem. Nevertheless, would be nice to have a option to deactivate automatic DST.
