Please note. We aren't recommending no anti virus. We are saying just use the built in windows defender.

Honestly, the only anti-virus you need is Windows Defender, and then monthly scans with malwarebytes free. There is no need for any other anti-virus.
Okay but I have already paid for panda for a year <><
You can contact them and ask for a refund.
There is never a need to pay for anti-virus. Windows Defender and Malwarebytes are all you need

....... and you never even got a straight answer to your question, which is : Yes, Panda is compatible with Firefox.
But like Tyler Downer already mentioned : you don't need it.
Personal note : I think you're even better off without additional antivirus software.

And Firefox doesn't care what anti-virus you use, it runs with all of them
