July 14th was the last day I received emails on my other account Lonny@blackjack-energy.com. I ran repair folder on the inbox that is when all of July inbox emails disappeared. I ran again and still nothing. I use GoDaddy and am getting emails just fine on both accounts with my phone. I have not changed any settings.

If you repair and all mails disappear . That sounds like you mail has been deleted by probably your anti virus. Did it notify you sometime about a "threat" is fixed automatically? Automatic fix usually means all mail in the folder is deleted. Because Thunderbird uses a separate smaller file to build the lists the missing mail is not noticed until you select a message and it does not display or you fix the folder and there is no mail to build the new index from.
