Does your Mac have a "web cam" -- a front-facing camera at the top of the screen? If you are on a website that has the option to turn on your camera, then Firefox usually will display a little panel near the address bar indicating that the site wants permission to use the camera and asking for your approval. Safari might work the same way, I've never tried it. P.S. Don't send your driver's license to any strangers; protect yourself against identity theft.
