In my work computer I've acess to 3 diferent work e-mail accounts + 3 personal emails, despite off installing thunderbird in a second hard drive my C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\thunderbird occupies up to 60Gb's, how can I fix this? I really love thunderbird but I can't support that amount of space consuming and I really need those e-mails accounts always avaible.

Thank you so much.

how many gmail accounts?

4 + 1 Hotmail account.

Are you talking about imap or pop mail account or both?

If imap: Do you have the gmail 'All Mail' folder visible ? If yes, unsubscribe from seeing this folder.

Have you compacted folders to remove all 'marked as deleted' emails ? eg: right click on Inbox and select 'Compact folder'. Removing 'marked as deleted' emails will decrease file size. Remember to do this to the 'Junk / Spam' folder.

Do you need to see everything, even very old emails which you may never want to read? Or would it be ok for old emails to be available on server, so you can access if required, but you don't necessarilly need them stored in your profile on your computer?

If imap: You could create folders for organising. Then move old emails into those folders and then unsubscribe from seeing those folders. I would suggest you organise the emails so not all are in one folder. Keep folder sizes smaller. So emails are in gmail, stored on server. Then you simply 'subscribe' to see the folder to get access again.

4 + 1 Hotmail account.

That's 5 accounts but your first post indicates 6 accounts.
