How can I migrate my desktop firefox toolbar--and all of its contents, to my android tablet firefox browser?

Hi

The desktop and mobile versions of Firefox have different user interfaces to suit the form factor of the devices being used.

As such, apart from add-ons that and suitable for inclusion within Firefox Sync, there is no way to move the toolbars across.
