Accidently deleted mail fails to move from trash folder back to inbox.

In trash folder click on accidentally deleted mail and choose move to inbox. Mail disappears from trash but does not reappear in inbox.

Yes it's an IMAP feed from charter.net. Driving me crazy. Hope you can help.
