You haven't given us much to go on here.

Do you see a tall thin panel at the left that lists your accounts and all their folders?

In the traditional menu, View|Layout|Folder Pane should re-enable it.

When you have this pane, you should be able to scroll it and browse for any of your accounts or folders.

Do you see a tall thin panel at the left that lists your accounts and all their folders?
