In Page Info/Media, when I try to save many files, none is saved.

I often like to save multiple images from a single page.

I used to go to Page info, then Media. Then select the items I wanted to save. i would then press Save As

It would ask me to select the folder to save the images

I would select the folder and the images would be save automatically

THIS DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE.

Tried on my 2 machines: same thing

BUT ! If I select ONLY ONE file, then the file is indeed saved

Strange.

I have no idea how old this issue is as I dont do that regularly but I do find it bizarre. Thus this message.

TIA

Y

It's broken for me, too. And like you, I don't know when it last worked (because I never use this feature...). But I just thought I'd let you know I see the same problem on Windows 7.

Okay, a bug is on file for this as of Sept. 22, 2015, although someone mentioned it could have started in Firefox 41.

Bug #1207168 – [Page Info] Save As (download) doesn't work when two or more media files are selected at the same time

Note: it's generally not helpful to add comments to bugs -- unless you can help fix them -- but you can register on the Bugzilla site and "vote" for them to be fixed if you like. See:

This was fixed in Firefox 45, released last week. Hopefully it's now working for you.
