When I use Firefox, after some time (about 20 min or less) my computer freezes. I can't move my mouse, I can't use hot keys - it's frozen. Whatever I do - doesn't work. It started after last Mozilla update. And I know it's 'cause that update. Why? My family member has the same problem, on another computer. And when did this start? Yes, after last Mozilla update. Please, fix this. I lost count how many times has this happend. It's very painful, I lost progress in my work too many times. If you won't fix it, I will simply switch to use Google Chrom.

Hi NaliRoka, Sorry you are having problems with your Firefox.

You and a family member may have problems but obviously not everyone does. Mozilla has various monitoring methods and they would pick up major problems affecting everyone or large proportions of users.

Could you answer some question and do a bit of troubleshooting so we can find out more about what is happening. It is likely the problem is something on your own computer, and that it we will need your help to sort this out.

Try with all your plugins disabled (set to never activate) and in Firefox's safe mode does the problem go away then ?

Also please have a look at this article

Are you getting any warning message or notification ? When do you notice this problem occurring ? For instance you say after 20 minuets or less, does it seem to be affected by the number of tabs you have open ? How many tabs do you generally have open ? Is it only seen when Video is has been used ? Or after you have been downloading ? Do you use Firefox sync ?
