Screen keeps coming up saying my pixels are too low but they are 1280 x 1024 which is higher than Firefox requires. When I click continue or click the X, the screen goes back to my email for a second, then the incorrect pixel screen returns. I cannot close it and access my email.

A possible cause is that you are zooming the page.
Zooming a web page affects the screen dimensions as reported by JavaScript settings like window.innerWidth and screen.width and zooming too much can cause this error.
You can try to switch to zoom text only for problematic web pages to see if that helps.

You may have zoomed the page(s) by accident.
Reset the page zoom on pages that cause problems.

  • View > Zoom > Reset (Ctrl+0 (zero); Command+0 on Mac)
