Access Denied message on a website which was working fine previously

i am not able to access a website which was working fine previously on using Tor for Firefox.It says "Access Denied",Reference #18.a5643e17.1402312437.fb8e97,not sure what is causing it because i tried checking the cookies and proxy settings and i don't see any cookies saved when i use Tor Browser.Kindly reply back as its really annoying for me because it was working fine previously.

Sounds very similar to this thread: why do I get an Access Denied notice, which includes this number:Reference #18.15010f17.1322476488.1487dcde , when I try to access a certain website? In that case, the problem was geographic restrictions on using the website.

When you use TOR, your request is routed through who-knows-where and sites that are geographically restrictive may not serve pages to requests from users in who-knows-where. If that is the problem, you could check TOR support sites to see whether there is a workaround, other than not using TOR for that site. This is not a Firefox problem.
