I'd like to know how to set the font and size so that when I type an email it is automatically done the way that I want it to be. I don't want to have to set the size and font every time I write an email. Thank you so much for any help that you can give me.

Firefox doesn't do email, it's a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.
