This is Firefox for ios :]. Apple doesn't allow any addons in a browser.

Firefox for iOS/iPadOS is more of a shell due to Apple's restrictions on what browser engine and such can be used.

The Extension you tried to install was on the desktop Firefox section of A.M.O though this extension is available for Android Firefox also.
