When I type the note every thing looks perfect in the document. When I send the email  is added in many places throughout the text.

What 'Text encoding' are you using? 'Menu icon' > 'Options' > 'Options' > 'Display' > 'Formatting' tab click on 'Advanced button.

Post an image so the forum can see what you are currently using.

See image below as a guide.

First - Thank you for your time & help. Second ... Is this what you want to look at?

I do not know how to find my post again. Nor do know how to post this image to the forum.

You are doing just fine.

re : When I type the note every thing looks perfect in the document. When I send the email  is added in many places throughout the text.

I'm presuming it looks this way to you because you are viewing it in the 'Sent' folder ?

I note that you are receiving using Western (ISO-8859-1), but sending using Unicode (UTF-8).

  • Right click on the 'Sent' folder and select 'Properties'

Does the Fallback Text encoding say 'Western (ISO-8859-1)', if yes that means you have sent emails using Unicode (UTF-8) encoding but are forcing a different encoding Western (ISO-8859-1); when displaying it.

  • Change the Fallback Text encoding to say Unicode (UTF-8).
  • click on OK.
